Policies  To Print PDF Version of Policies Click Here Policies... CANCELLATION POLICY: A&B Tent Rental requires a minimum of a 30 day cancellation notice in order to refund any deposits. A $50 service fee will be incurred on all cancellations, regardless of time of notice. MODIFICATION POLICY: Customer may alter amounts of equipment as follows: FINAL COUNTS FOR LINENS-2 weeks prior to delivery date. FINAL COUNTS FOR ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT-1 week prior to delivery date. Any alternations or changes to counts after these time periods will incur standard and/ or additional rental charges. SET UP/KNOCKDOWN POLICY: All A&B Tent Rental tent prices include setup and knockdown of the tent(s) and their sidewalls. Any additional or separate equipment is customer setup and knockdown unless notified otherwise. Optional setup and knockdown services are available for an additional 20% of equipment cost per service. DELIVERY POLICY: All delivery charges are for "standard" garage, front or backyard, truck accessible property and/or 1st floor businesses. Additional charges can/will occur for "abnormal, difficult or time consuming" delivery locations. A&B Tent Rental is not responsible for damage incurred to person or property for any delivery locations outside of the guidelines stated. TENT PERMIT POLICY: Customer is responsible for payment of all permit and acquiring fees when applicable. Customer MUST furnish all requested/required documents to obtain permits. A&B Tent Rental MUST obtain permits unless notified otherwise. DAMAGE POLICY: PLEASE do not attach staples, tacks, nails, tape, paint, gum, etc. to any A&B Tent Rental Equipment. NO OPEN FLAMES UNDER TENT STRUCTURES!!!! Customer is responsible for all A&B Tent Rental equipment while rented under the contract. Any damage to A&B Tent Rental property while under contract, due to negligence, carelessness or intentional destruction, customer will be responsible for repair and/or replacement cost(s). Customer is not responsible for damage caused by any "Act of God". A&B Tent Rental is not responsible for any damage done to any lawns or property, underground utilities or objects due to tent erection.
